Eleftha 440mg Injection is used in the treatment of breast and stomach cancer. It works by killing the cancer cells by inhibiting HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor protein).

• Breast Cancer: It is used in both early and advanced (metastatic) stages of HER2-positive breast cancer. It may be used alone, or in combination with other chemotherapy drugs or hormonal agents, either before or after surgery.
• Stomach Cancer: It is used to treat advanced or metastatic HER2-positive adenocarcinoma of the stomach or gastroesophageal junction (the area where the food pipe joins the stomach). In these cases, it is typically used in combination with chemotherapy.
